These Terms and Conditions constitute a binding agreement between you and Millennials Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as Millennials) and govern your use of the amrit-tea.com website. The amrit-tea.com website and / or related services are hereinafter referred to as the amrit-tea.com platform.

The Amrit-tea.com website is owned by Millennials Ltd. and allows customers to purchase the first Georgian tea sticks online.

The personal information that Millennials obtains from you or third parties is processed in accordance with the privacy policy set forth in these Terms.

 

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of use of amrit-tea.com, you also agree to the Privacy policy.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of use of amrit-tea.com, you also agree to the Return Policy.

By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

All users who want to use the amrit-tea.com platform are obliged to agree and follow the terms and conditions below.

 

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website and/or receive services if doing so is prohibited Georgia or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

 

When buying an item, you agree that:

1)you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to buy it;

2) All data provided by you is accurate;

3) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase an item when you commit to buy an item and you complete the check-out payment process.

The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing is available on the payments page.

The personal data stored in the amrit-tea.com database or in direct telephone communication with the customer for the purpose of providing services to you is your name and contact telephone number.

The provision of services by default means offering a card purchase service on the site, and in this case address is additionaly stored to provide the purchased item courier service.

These Terms and Conditions are confidential and any related information shall be disclosed to a third party(s) only in accordance with applicable law, as well as in cases provided in writing by the parties. However, this restriction does not apply to:

  • Information that is or will become publicly available independently of the parties.

  • Information on the disclosure of which the parties agree in writing.

  • Information that will be disclosed by any party in accordance with the requirements of the law and / or relevant regulations.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, the Customer grants Millennials the right to use the information provided at the collaborative stage for statistical and analytical purposes.

We declare with full responsibility that no transfer of any of this information to any third party is made for any purpose, except for possible force majeure provided by the legislation of Georgia.

Card data

When purchasing products with a card, amrit-tea.com does not store your card details. It will take you to a special page supported by Unipay (unipay.com) that uses Cartu Bank's secure server and payment module.

Return and refund policy

Items purchased on amrit-tea.com are nonreturnable. If the item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us.

We may, without prior notice, change the services; stop providing the services or any features of the services we offer; or create limits for the services. We may permanently or temporarily terminate or suspend access to the services without notice and liability for any reason, or for no reason.

Liabilities

Millennials is obliged to process the customer's order within no more than 2 working days from the moment of placing the customer deposit on the bank account. Delivery time to the customer should not exceed 10 working days after order processing.

When purchasing an item, Millennials will provide delivery-related procedures to the customer.

 

The service is considered completed upon delivery of the item to the client and the value of the item will be reimbursed from the amount received as a deposit.

In case of inability to deliver the item to the customer, the order will be canceled and the amount paid by the customer will be refunded.

The request (complaint) by the customer must be submitted to the company by mail.

In case of damage or loss of the order during transportation, the company will apply to the shipping company on the order of the customer and demand compensation for the damage in accordance with the terms of the contract. This does not deprive the customer of the right to personally conduct a dispute with the shipping company.

The company is obliged to provide all the documents related to the order to the customer upon request.

The company is not liable for damages caused by the unlawful and culpable act of the carrier company.

Force majeure

Neither party shall be liable for full or partial non-fulfillment of the obligation if the non-fulfillment is caused by natural and technological disasters, fires, hostilities, government decisions, social explosions and these events started or developed after the purchase of the order.

If any of the listed circumstances directly affects the period of fulfillment of the obligations assumed by the party in accordance with these consumer terms and conditions, this period will be extended in accordance with the duration of the force majeure circumstances.

The party who has encountered the circumstance of force majeure is obliged to inform the other party about such circumstances, its possible duration and termination.

The facts stated in the notice must be confirmed by the relevant regional: commercial, industrial, or other competent authority. Failure to notify or delay notice shall disqualify a party from using the above force majeure events as a basis for release from liability.

Right to change and modify Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms from time to time at our sole discretion. Therefore, you should review these page periodically. Your continued use of the Website after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to any of these terms or any future version of the Terms, do not use or access (or continue to access) the website.

 

Complaints and disputes

The parties note that they will try to avoid any disputes or conflicts arising at the stage of mutual cooperation, while ensuring the resolution of disputes through mutual negotiations.

If consensus is not reached within 15 days after the dispute arises, the dispute will be resolved by the plaintiff in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia.

The parties agree that the dispute will be referred to the Civil Cases Panel of the Tbilisi City Court.

Reimbursement of costs incurred by the party in favor of which the judgment was rendered shall be borne by the other party, even if that party is exempt from paying court costs in the state budget.

Additional Terms

The relations that are not regulated by these consumer rules and conditions are regulated in accordance with the current legislation of Georgia.

The invalidity of any article, paragraph, sub-paragraph, reservation, proposal of the established consumer rules and conditions does not lead to the complete invalidity of the consumer rules and conditions.
